Refund policy

Custom products cannot be returned unless for credit through Preloved Program (see more info here.) Deposits for custom products are nonrefundable. If there is a need to cancel a custom product, the deposit may be held for a new costume at a later date as agreed upon between client and designer. Final Sale Items and gift cards may not be returned or refunded.

All other products may be returned within 14 days with free return shipping and no restocking fee.
